Want to have a go at designing and printing your own food? We are holding two Supper Clubs in conjunction with Eat Cambridge to show you what the nūfood Kitchen Robot is capable of. Upon arrival you will be greeted with a 3D printed cocktail and welcomed into our studio which we will have transformed into a dining room. We will be serving five courses and each course will look to embrace a different sense. Using our app and the nufood kitchen robot you'll print personalised 3D forms using two different flavours. You decide on the amount of each flavour you want to incorporate to compliment and affect the perception of your food. We’re thinking a new age Supper Club…with delicious food as a baseline!
Our resident chef (gulp!) Alfy shall be cooking. Ask him yourself and he’d say he’s by no means a professional chef, but he has spent seven years working in the Restaurant and Catering Industry, three of those years working alongside a Michelin starred chef catering for many private dinner parties, so we would hope he picked up a few tips and tricks along the way! We (and our waistlines!) can definitely vouch for the many amazing meals he’s prepared for us all since he joined us.
