Vaiva

Founder

Dr Vaiva Kalnikaite is the founder of Dovetailed and an expert on behaviour design for human-machine interactions for artificial intelligence. She holds a PhD in Human Computer Interaction and has worked for companies like Microsoft, Amazon and PARC. She appeared on BBC Click and in the Stylist Magazine. She is an RSA fellow.

Vicky

UX Designer

Vicky is a user experience designer and relocated from Berlin, where she spent the past six years refining her design skills in various disciplines, and has experience in a broad range of design software.

James

UX Designer

James joined Dovetailed as a UX designer. James holds a degree in Design & Technology and past work experience's include roles as a packaging designer, CAD designer and Mechanical engineer in the Aerospace industry.

Ieva

Creativity Researcher and Entrepreneur in Residence

Dr Ieva Martinaityte is an Assistant Professor at the University of East Anglia, Norwich Business School, a position she has held since 2013, as well as being our Researcher in Residence. Ieva's work focuses on the different factors that facilitate or inhibit employee creativity.

Michal

Principal Software Engineer

Michal holds an MSc in Applied Physics. He is a senior software developer, working with companies in helping them with development anything from a website to a more complex application, including applications that help Dovetailed team to understand human behaviours online and in the real life. He likes traveling and dreams about climbing Kilimanjaro.

Andrzej

Software Engineer

Andrzej writes code for large financial and production apps. With an MSc from the Faculty of Electronics, Telecommunications and Informatics. Andrzej is a full stack developer. He has worked as part of the team developing systems for complex domains for cometics and manufacturing industries.

Lapka

Chief Tickles Officer

Curious by nature. Enjoys tickles and keeps our spirits high. Loves to play games and take naps in the sun.
