We were lucky enough to take part in a recent Cambridge Food Tour, invited were 14 of Cambridge University’s great and good on the lookout for the best tastes and top innovations available in the city. Tom welcomed them to our recently refurbished rooftop terrace to try a clementine flavour burst and listening to how the tech came about. Once they had sampled a taste of the future the group were keen to find out how else the nūfood printer could be used, both in domestic and industrial applications. The group were keen to discuss how the printer could bring some ‘wow’ to their next event.
