Work is progressing on the fifth iteration of nūfood that we are calling ‘Elderberry’. Further attention is being paid to reliability and robustness ahead of a beta trial later this year with early adopters, ensuring that they are able to give valuable feedback on a kitchen appliance that seeks to disrupt how we interact with and play with our food.
